Lake Fork SUD offers a wide variety of convenient payment options to our customers. The office cannot take payment transactions over the phone. Simply choose one of the options below that best suits your needs.
Payments that have been returned to us for any reason cannot be paid on our website. They must be paid in our office with cash or a money order. Please contact our office regarding any return item at 903-383-7643.
Automatic Bank Draft
The most convenient and worry-free way to pay your water bill. By choosing this option you will never be late with your water payment again. With this service, the amount of your monthly bill is automatically deducted from your bank account and credited to your LFSUD account. There is no set-up fee or charge associated with this medthod of payment. To set up the Automated Bank Draft, simply download the form and fill it out. You can drop if off or mail it to our office, along with a voided check.
Online Bill Pay
Lake Fork Special Utility District now offers online bill pay for debit or credit cards. Simply click on the red "Pay Your Bill Now" and you will be directed to a secure site to pay your bill. There will be a 3% processing fee, plus $1.00 convenience fee, charged to the customer for each credit / debit card payment processed. Online payments are not processed until 2:00 p.m. each business day. LFSUD does not collect any money for these fees.
Payment By Mail
If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five-seven business days before the due date specified on your bill.
Payment Drop-off Location
You may pay your bill in person at our office address. We accept cash, check, or money orders. To avoid longer wait times, please note that Mondays, Fridays and the first day after a holiday are normally very busy. Our office hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm.
If you come to drop off a payment after working hours or on the weekend, there is a drop box located to the right of the door. Please do not put cash in the drop box. If you do, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen payments.
Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay
Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.
Payment By Phone
You can now call 903-781-3115 to pay your bill through an automated bill payment system. Make sure you have your account number and amount due when calling this automated number. There will be a 3% processing fee, plus $1.00 convenience fee, charged to the customer for each credit / debit card payment processed. Payments made by phone are not processed until 2:00 p.m. each business day. LFSUD does not collect any money for these fees.

Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software availalbe today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet. We will not sell your information to anyone.
